Tasks
- as part of an 8-14 month training program in Hungary, you will learn our sales strategy and acquire the knowledge required for the position
- after training, management of an area consisting of 4-6 stores, where you are responsible for leading 120-200 colleagues
- responsibility for recruitment, selection, and the employment contracting process
- supporting staff development and further training
- responsible planning of turnover, sales volumes, and personnel
- flawless implementation of our uniform business concept
- active participation in planning, tracking, and controlling key performance indicators
- preparation and execution of remodeling and smooth openings of new stores
