For our continuously developing manufacturing partner with an established international background, we are looking for an experienced leader who will play a defining role in managing the company's engineering and maintenance areas.
Tasks
- Management and professional development of the engineering and maintenance team of approx. 10 people
- Comprehensive professional and operational management of production engineering and maintenance
- Coordination of new product introductions, production relocation, and capacity expansion projects
- Development of production processes, equipment, workstations, and technological solutions
- Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, increasing equipment operational safety
- Preparation of technical investments
- Support in solving production and technical problems
- Cooperation with the international engineering organization, suppliers, and external partners
- Reporting to local management and foreign technical leaders

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Several years of experience as an engineering manager at a manufacturing company
- Leadership experience in the combined management of engineering and maintenance areas
- Active English language skills, both spoken and written
