As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping our culture and attracting the talent that drives us forward.
Tasks
- Own the end-to-end candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage stakeholders at all levels and partner with hiring managers
- Drive interview coordination with a focus on quality and speed
- Act as a strategic point of contact for candidates
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in recruitment systems
- Lead sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives
- Manage external recruitment partners and vendors
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or matrixed organization
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Experience in stakeholder management at a senior level
- Solid experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics/reporting tools
- Strong background in direct sourcing, especially for hard-to-fill or specialist roles
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, including agency performance and cost control
- Understanding of employer branding strategies
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comfortable with digital tools
