The Nestlé plant in Bük is looking for an operator colleague in a continuous 4-shift, 12-hour schedule. Tasks include operating the machine or machine group entrusted to you in accordance with the given production plan with an owner's mindset, performing quality assurance measurements, and using data recording systems.
Tasks
- Operating the machine or group of machines entrusted to you in accordance with the given production plan with an owner's mindset.
- Performing quality assurance measurements related to your job role.
- In case of any non-compliance experienced during production, stop production and notify your direct supervisor.
- Properly using the data recording systems provided and used at the Bük site.
- Using lifting equipment as intended, holding the appropriate machine operator license.
- Supporting the development of machines and machine groups operated by your colleagues.

Requirements
- Language skills: foreign language knowledge is not required, English is an advantage
- Secondary education, several years of relevant machine operator experience is an advantage
- Technical knowledge, food industry experience, computer skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Career starters are also welcome
- Proper attitude and workload capacity
- Interest, sharp-sightedness
- Independence, ability to work independently
- Lifting equipment operator license or the opportunity to acquire it while entering into a training agreement
