We are looking for a System Quality Engineer in Tatabánya to ensure continuous QMS compliance, guarantee corporate alignment, secure audit excellence, and drive systemic problem solving.
Tasks
- Maintain, develop, and continually improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS) in strict compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal system and process audits (including VDA 6.3).
- Review, translate, and integrate Customer Specific Requirements into the local plant processes.
- Monitor and drive system-level root cause analysis and corrective actions using the 8D methodology.
- Oversee the creation, revision, and control of QMS documentation, procedures, and standard operating instructions.
- Support and verify the correct application of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Monitor and analyze key quality system metrics.
- Develop and deliver training programs for plant personnel regarding IATF 16949 standards.
- Drive and support cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
