Join the team at Richter Gedeon Nyrt., a leading pharmaceutical company in Hungary and the region! We are looking for a Production Manager (Drug Product Manufacturing) for a fixed term based in Debrecen.
Tasks
- Providing support to operators and group leaders
- Executing plant production tasks on time according to the production schedule
- Maintaining contact with related departments
- Compliance with GMP and internal regulations
- Training operators to reduce errors
- Improving manufacturing processes and layouts
- Supporting paperless operations
- Developing improvement proposals for existing systems
- Optimizing material flow
- Investigating and handling deviations
- Professional support in managing plant changes, complaints, and deviation investigations
- Maintaining and routinely checking plant documentation
- Working in a controlled cleanroom environment

Requirements
- Higher university/MSc degree (pharmacist, chemical engineer, bioengineer).
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment (advantage: pharmaceutical or regulated industry)
- English proficiency both written and spoken
- GMP and/or GxP knowledge
- Basic technical and problem-solving skills
- Process-improvement mindset (Lean, OpEx knowledge is an advantage)
- Confident computer skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, proactive work style
