Tasks
- Diverse programs of high-standard training in leadership, management tools, and store operations
- Five one-week modules: theoretical overview, case studies and role-playing, teamwork, team building, and comprehensive training
- Between modules, on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance with the designated store manager mentor
- Participation in the program concluding with a store manager exam to prepare you to run your own store

Requirements
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
