Tasks
- Supporting tasks related to the operation and development of the company's internal control system and integrated risk management system
- Coordinating the review of organizational processes, risk registers, and action plans
- Monitoring legislative changes affecting operations, reviewing the internal regulatory environment from a compliance perspective
- Identifying compliance risks and regulatory gaps, and developing proposals for improvements and measures
- Developing a risk-based annual compliance work plan and monitoring program, reviewing and tracking high-risk processes
- Tracking the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures
- Supporting the enhancement of integrity, ethical operations, and compliance awareness
- Performing tasks related to the operation of the whistleblowing system
- Preparing management decision-supporting analyses, proposals, and reports, compiling the annual compliance program and report
- Providing professional support to the managing director and fulfilling reporting duties towards the Supervisory Board
