The Business Technology team at MSCI plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation, enabling core business functions through modern platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, the Microsoft Power Platform, and Enterprise Data Warehouse. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager / Technical Business Analyst to lead complex, high-visibility programs across our enterprise applications and technology estate.
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major enterprise platform and technology initiatives from inception through delivery.
- Develop and own detailed program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
- Direct and coordinate internal technology teams, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution at scale.
- Own program governance, including status reporting, RAID logs, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements.
- Translate complex business and technical needs into functional specifications, system designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst, including experience leading large, complex programs in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform capabilities), SAP (FICO, S/4HANA) and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure migration programs is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
