We are looking for a Patent Attorney for our pharmaceutical partner, Egis, to actively support the company's R&D activities through intellectual property consulting and to participate in obtaining and protecting IP-related rights.
Tasks
- Supporting R&D activities through IP consulting in close cooperation with the development team, tracking the IP aspects of developments
- Obtaining rights for intellectual creations, taking into account all possible forms of protection (patent, trademark, utility model, design, etc.)
- Evaluating third-party IP rights, conducting due diligence, representing the company in dispute resolution
- Direct representation of Egis Gyógyszergyár Zrt. domestically and indirect representation abroad in IP matters before authorities and courts
- Drafting and reviewing intellectual property-related contracts, e.g., license agreements

Requirements
- Higher education in natural sciences (preferably chemist, chemical engineer, pharmacist) (MSc or PharmD)
- Completed or ongoing studies in patents and industrial property
- Negotiation-level English proficiency in both writing and speaking
- Precision and organizational skills in daily work
- Good interpersonal skills, openness
- Creativity, strong problem-solving skills
