As a Program Specialist, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local and Global Program Teams, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home.
Tasks
- Developing and Executing Local Market Growth Strategies
- Assisting in Training and Development of Program Staff
- Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs
- Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
- Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year

Requirements
- Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full fluency in Hungarian (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full working rights in Hungary
- Someone who is detail-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years' experience in customer service and/or Telemarketing
- Degree in a relevant field (Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline) or equivalent work experience
