Tasks
- Supervision and operation of data analysis, AI applications, agent-based systems, and Azure-based web applications in a production environment
- Tracking transaction chains and data paths from physical production line sources to end users as a global connectivity expert
- Active management of application interfaces to ensure smooth interoperability between systems and high performance
- Providing first- and second-line (L1/L2) support for operational incidents, service requests, and user inquiries
- Investigation and resolution of data availability, data quality, and data pipeline errors in Azure Data Lake and Databricks systems
- Performing regular and proactive application and infrastructure monitoring to prevent potential issues
- Collaboration with global development teams in error remediation, root cause analysis, and the introduction of new solutions
- Keeping operational documentation, incident logs, and knowledge base articles up to date

Requirements
- Degree in IT, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an integration expert, systems analyst, or technical application manager in a global corporate environment
- Experience in operating business-critical applications in cloud-based (Azure) environments
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise application integration patterns, API gateways, and message brokers
- Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and the management of multi-application environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured, solution-oriented approach
- Negotiation-level, confident English language skills in both spoken and written
