Facilities Operations Technician

Tasks

• Ensuring the safe and continuous operation of plant facilities and technological equipment.
• Operation and maintenance of flue gas and air pollution control systems.
• Operation and maintenance of NMP recovery systems.
• Operation and maintenance of waste heat recovery systems.
• Operation and maintenance of battery handling and material handling equipment.
• Regular inspection of equipment in the production area.
• Replacement of filters, activated carbon inserts, and other consumable parts.
• Maintenance of manufacturing plant facilities and utility systems.
• Troubleshooting and repair.
• Quick and efficient elimination of electrical faults.
• Continuous provision of power supply and restoration in case of failure.
• Execution of minor water, electrical, and utility modification projects.
• Support for technical developments and modernizations.
• Compliance with regulations required for safe work.
• Prevention of irregular or unsafe working practices.
• Adherence to 5S, EHS, and other occupational safety regulations.
• Cooperation with production and maintenance areas to ensure high equipment availability.
• Requirements
• Minimum vocational, trade school, or technician degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial equipment operation or maintenance.
• User-level computer skills (MS Office).
• Knowledge of the 5S system and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Willingness to work in multi-shift schedules.
