We are looking for a new colleague for our manufacturing partner company as a Quality Engineer to support serial production and perform quality assurance tasks.
Tasks
- Quality support of serial production and continuous monitoring of manufacturing processes
- Maintaining and managing quality documentation (control plans, work instructions, visual aids)
- Participation in risk analyses (FMEA) and supervision of the application of statistical quality methods (SPC, MSA, sampling plans)
- Investigation of internal quality issues and customer complaints, identification of root causes, and coordination of problem-solving processes
- Development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, as well as monitoring their effectiveness
- Analysis of quality indicators and defect rates, and support for cost-reduction and process-improvement projects
- Handling of non-conformities, supervision of quarantine, scrapping, and rework processes
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, maintenance, and supplier departments, as well as participation in the introduction of new products and the development of employees' quality mindset

Requirements
- Higher technical education (mechanical engineer, quality engineer, or relevant field)
- At least 2-3 years of quality engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Communicative English language skills
- Confident knowledge of automotive quality tools (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Excellent communication and assertive advocacy skills, systems thinking, decisive attitude
