Our partner is looking for a Process Engineer to actively participate in the development and optimization of production processes and the professional support of customer relationships. This position is ideal for engineering-minded professionals who enjoy simplifying processes and making them more efficient.
Tasks
- Analysis and improvement of production and application technology processes (5S, continuous improvement)
- Simplification and standardization of processes
- Product and application technology support (e.g., pre-treatment, e-coat, painting, coatings)
- Participation in SecureLaunch projects on-site
- Support for demand forecasting and inventory programs
- Tracking key KPIs and metrics, reporting in digital systems
- Handling customer issues, diagnosing faults, proposing solutions
- Cooperation with internal departments (logistics, quality, engineering, procurement)
- Support for product and application technology trainings

Requirements
- Engineering background (process engineer, mechanical engineer, chemical engineer, mechatronics, robotics, or related field)
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment is an advantage
- Process development mindset (5S, continuous improvement)
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- English or German language skills
- MS Office user level
