Single-shift schedule, exciting trucks, and a supportive team! We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Service Manager in the southern part of Pest County!
Tasks
- Supervision and management of the service area, efficient allocation of equipment and personnel capacity
- Professional management of department staff (mechanics and metal fitters), coordination of their activities
- Ensuring the continuous availability of the vehicle fleet for the smooth performance of the company's transport tasks
- Operation of internal administrative and procedural routines
- Liaising with suppliers and partners
- Performing HR-related tasks
- Performing tasks defined in process descriptions ensuring the operation of the quality management system

Requirements
- Relevant technical education, e.g. automotive engineering technician
- Experience in truck repair
- At least 2-3 years of workshop management experience
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Category B driving license
- Intermediate English and/or German language skills
