Aliz is an award-winning Premier Google Cloud Partner based in Hungary, looking for a student to join them as an extra pair of hands while learning the craft of tech recruiting.
Tasks
- Support the recruitment team in driving full-lifecycle recruitment across various roles.
- Sourcing talents for our open positions from various channels (eg. LinkedIn, Metaview etc.).
- Candidate outreach, A/B testing LinkedIn inmails, figuring out what kind of messages "stick".
- Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
- Contacting candidates and coordinating interview scheduling.
- Use AI tools like Claude/Gemini to do market research, or speed up sourcing.
- Keep our recruitment data and ATS clean, and help build and maintain our talent pool.
- Bring fresh ideas for improving how we hire.
- Support employer branding initiatives occasionally.

Requirements
- Active student status until at least the end of the 2027 autumn-winter semester, and availability of around 10-20 hours/week, depending on workload.
- A "techie" mindset, or an interest in IT and IT companies.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to keep learning.
- Professional-level communication in English and Hungarian.
