Tasks
- Work with customer to be able to deliver the best quality solutions to them
- Participate in agile ServiceNow projects, stand ups, sprints, development, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new releases
- Introduce new features to customers' ServiceNow modules
- Support the customer's existing ServiceNow instances

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in ServiceNow Development Projects
- Has ServiceNow certifications and be motivated to further develop your skills
- Have experience in ITSM, CSM, HR modules
- Strong interest in AI
- Good technical-, and problem solving skills
- Passion about Business Technology, and what innovative solutions can do for organisations
- Self driven attitude and able to work independently
- Fluency in English
