Our client is a global industrial leader undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations. We are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner with strong SAP Transportation Management (TM) expertise to act as the bridge between Business teams and SAP / Digital delivery teams.
Tasks
- Lead business readiness for SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management deployment.
- Align local teams with the program's Core Model / Global Template.
- Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Perform process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis across transportation workflows.
- Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for SAP / Digital teams.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, supply chain, site stakeholders, and SAP delivery teams.
- Support testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
- Contribute to change management, user adoption, and training.
- Identify business-readiness risks and process gaps before deployment.
- Capture and share best practices across rollout locations.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Background in multi-country or multi-site transportation / logistics deployments.
- Experience with change management, user adoption, and training.
- Strong exposure to process standardization and business transformation.
- Knowledge of integration between TM and adjacent areas such as SD, MM, EWM, Supply Chain, and Finance.
