Tasks
- Ensuring continuous operational capability and required quality of production equipment
- Using the SAP PM module during daily work
- Organizing and coordinating maintenance tasks based on a priority list
- Performing first-level escalation tasks
- Active participation in machine and process development projects
- Compliance with work-related regulations and rules
- Professional mentoring of maintenance colleagues
- Acquiring and applying programming-level knowledge of equipment defined in the training plan

Requirements
- Qualification in mechatronics, control engineering, industrial electronics, or electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an automated production environment
- Experience in Siemens PLC operation
- User-level computer skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Basic English or German language skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Precise, independent work, analytical thinking, and a collaborative attitude
