Johnson Controls is seeking a specialist for the position of Quality Engineer in Püspökladány to establish and continuously improve internal quality control and audit systems.
Tasks
- Development, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the internal quality control and audit system.
- Execution of process, product, and system audits, and tracking of corrective actions.
- Promotion of quality culture and support for the 'Right First Time' / 'Zero Defect' mindset.
- Support for root cause analysis and problem-solving processes (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D).
- Coordination of process improvement projects, management of PFMEA and quality KPIs.
- Supporting ISO 9001 requirements, participation in preparing for external and customer audits.
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, logistics, and other related departments.

Requirements
- Higher education in engineering or quality management, or relevant professional experience.
- 3–5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in audits and process improvement projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, audit methodologies, and quality tools.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
- Structured, analytical thinking and good communication skills.
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative way of working.
- Internal or lead auditor certification is an advantage.
