We are looking for a Senior Sales Performance Manager to join Yettel Hungary's supportive and creative Channel Performance team. You will monitor channel performance, establish review processes, analyze business problems, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Tasks
- Monitor channel performance and drive improvement actions across both frontline and supporting functions.
- Establish and maintain regular performance review processes with sales and marketing teams.
- Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions across the organization.
- Prepare business analyses and develop business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Contribute to company target setting and planning processes.
- Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collect, prioritize, and manage business demands towards channels.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for marketing and other supporting functions.
- Support channel strategy development through performance insights, commercial analysis, and business impact assessments.

Requirements
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving and systems-level thinking.
- Understanding of complex business processes and a strategic mindset.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including working with and interpreting data and analytics.
- Fluent spoken and written Hungarian and English.
- Proficient IT skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint (PowerBI or SQL are a plus).
- An open-minded, flexible personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Creativity and the ability to proactively handle unexpected situations.
- Experience in the Telecommunication industry and using generative AI tools is nice to have.
