As a Team Lead for HR Services, you will lead, mentor, and empower a team of HR Operations Specialists delivering multi-country HR services across the EMEA region while driving continuous process improvement and automation.
Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of HR Operations Specialists delivering multi-country HR services across the EMEA region.
- Oversee daily workflow management, case handling, issue resolution, and performance support to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Build and maintain comprehensive, version-controlled process documentation (SOPs, DTPs) and establish robust backup/coverage models.
- Partner with regional HRBPs, Payroll, Mobility, Legal, and HRIT teams to harmonize and standardize HR processes across countries.
- Drive continuous process improvement, simplification, and automation in collaboration with Workday and HR digital transformation teams.
- Manage the team's service catalogue by defining scope, service level expectations, and clear cross-functional hand-offs.
- Support strategic HR initiatives including payroll transformation, country process takeovers, and system enhancements.
- Ensure data privacy adherence, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across all regional HR operations.
