Tasks
- Development, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of export-import and distribution processes
- Analysis and optimization of supply chains regarding cost, deadlines and service level
- Ensuring customs and trade compliance based on international regulations
- Development of transport and distribution models, provider selection and management
- Integration of inventory and warehouse processes into export-import operations
- Coordination of project teams, close cooperation with internal (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) and external partners
- Definition of KPIs, performance measurement and reporting to management
- Identification of risks (e.g., transport, customs, political, supply) and their management

Requirements
- Higher education in logistics, economics or a technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics project management, especially in export-import or international distribution
- Knowledge of global trade processes, Incoterms and customs procedures
- Strong systemic thinking and process optimization mindset
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Confident use of MS Office and logistics / ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
