Indotek Group is one of Hungary's leading international investment management groups, engaged in the acquisition, development, operation, and sale of real estate. We are looking for an Energy Expert colleague to handle energy and environmental tasks in our Budapest office.
Tasks
- Supporting the EKR verification of energy efficiency projects, maintaining the HEM database, and performing administrative tasks related to the sale of HEMs.
- Participating in the provision of energy data for ESG reports and maintaining energy databases.
- Supporting tasks related to environmental protection, environmental monitoring, and remediation at the relevant sites.
- Participating in energy processes, handling related correspondence, preparing reports and management decision-making materials.
- Ensuring the conditions for electricity transmission via internal private lines for properties managed by Indotek Group.
- Keeping private line documentation up to date, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documents, contracts, and calculations related to private line usage fees.
- Publishing private line usage (MVH) fees, preparing unit price tables, and compiling preliminary and final calculations taking cost-influencing factors into account.
- Integrating properties that allow for MVH fee settlement into the billing system, keeping related databases and contract registers up to date.
- Handling energy certification requests: having certificates issued and keeping the energy certification database up to date.
- Coordinating tasks related to the annual review, monthly and annual reports of group companies affected by professional expert obligations, and supporting necessary disclosures.
