In your role as an automotive technical support agent for an international premium automobile manufacturer, you will provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues. You will work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships and support with repair instructions via specified communication channels.

Requirements
- Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer
- Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail with flexible and proactive personality
