For a complex enterprise management system renewal project, our partner is looking for a professional who will coordinate business testing processes and actively support user preparation for the new operational environment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of business areas, key users, and project teams, and whose strengths lie in coordination, organization, and stakeholder management.
Tasks
- support in developing business test scenarios and testing documentation
- organizing and coordinating business-side testing cycles
- tracking test results and summarizing statuses
- tracking errors and open issues in collaboration with various stakeholders
- coordinating training sessions involving key users
- identifying training needs, related administration and documentation
- supporting user onboarding and communication activities
- close cooperation with project managers, business experts and external partners

Requirements
- experience in implementing ERP or other large-scale corporate systems
- SAP/4HANA testing experience is an advantage

- intermediate or higher English proficiency
