One Hungary is looking for an Application Support Specialist for daily support, maintenance, and supervision of business applications in development, testing, and production environments.
Tasks
- daily monitoring and supervision of applications and related systems
- investigation, resolution, or escalation of incidents when necessary
- application version installation, administration, and execution of version upgrades
- regular review of error reports, logs, and interfaces
- development and fine-tuning of application monitoring and alerting solutions
- performing application-side maintenance and framework updates
- managing user permissions and providing support beyond L1 level
- creating documentation, supporting audits
- continuous cooperation with developers and related departments
- performing minor developments, parameterization, and data modifications related to business needs
