Tasks
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for tech positions, from identifying hiring needs to making an offer
- Creating job postings and identifying the most effective sourcing channels
- Integrating direct search and headhunting into daily activities
- Pre-screening and interviewing incoming candidates
- Maintaining continuous contact with business units and HR Business Partners
- Preparing reports and analytics
- Keeping the ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) up to date
- Handling administration related to the recruitment process
- Continuously following new market trends and sharing knowledge
- Participating in process development and projects
- Representing our company at job fairs and events

Requirements
- higher education degree
- min. 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment
- significant experience in sourcing
- intermediate active English knowledge
- outstanding communication and teamwork skills
