For our stable and continuously developing automotive partner, we are looking for a new employee for the position of Body Shop Service Advisor in District X of Budapest. Responsibilities include coordinating the repair process of accident-damaged vehicles, handling customer requests, and communicating with insurance companies.
Tasks
- Professional handling of customer vehicle repair requests.
- Complete recording and administration of insurance claims.
- Creation of work orders and performance of administrative tasks related to service reception.
- Professional assessment of vehicle damage and condition.
- Assessment of the required repair time, tools, and spare parts.
- Management of warranty and non-warranty cases.
- Verification of insurance validity.
- Full communication and administration with insurance companies.
- Delivery of completed vehicles to customers.
- Continuous communication and information sharing with existing and new customers.
- Cooperation with body repair colleagues and other company locations.
- Redirecting vehicles arriving for repair to another location if necessary.
- Assessment of required capacity and headcount during repair organization.
