A large telecommunications company in Budapest is expanding its team with a Business Analyst who will analyse and design processes for the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment, from concept development and requirements specification to implementation support in an environment of custom-developed legacy systems.
Tasks
- analysis and design of processes for the SMB segment
- Q4 2026: groundwork, concept development and, in some cases, requirements specification
- 2027: detailed development of the concepts and support for their implementation
- environment with a large number of custom-developed legacy systems and a few platform systems
Requirements
- 5--8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting
- at least 2--3 years of it in a large-enterprise or consulting environment
- BPMN process modelling and UML
- agile frameworks and project management methodologies where applicable
- experience with custom-developed and legacy systems
- Hungarian C2
- English B2
