As a Factory Service Engineer, you are responsible for testing, repairing, and maintaining Sievers analytical instruments and sensors. You support customers and service partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ranging from instrument repairs to telephone technical support.
Tasks
- Diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and calibration of analytical instruments.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting, technical assistance via phone and other approved channels.
- Refurbishment of spare parts and instrument units, management of repair-related inventory movements.
- Accurate documentation of service activities and customer relations in the CRM system.
- Preparation of repair documents, calibration certificates, billing, and shipping documents.
- Support for returns and service processes, collaboration with the EMEA technical support team.
- Compliance with occupational health and safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
