We are looking for a new employee for the position of printer for our manufacturing partner company. We welcome applications from both career starters and experienced professionals.
Tasks
- Setup, operation, monitoring, and performance optimization of offset printing presses (2-color, 4-color)
- Preparation of the printing process, continuous color tone and print quality control (plate settings)
- Supervision of production processes and ensuring quality requirements
- Implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations (color measurements during printing, print quality)
- Sorting and preparation of finished printed envelopes for shipping
- Troubleshooting
- Cleaning, maintenance, and care of the machines
- Fulfilling production regulations (workflow planning by the print shop manager)

Requirements
- Completed training as an offset printer/print technician with relevant professional skills
- We welcome applications from both career starters and those with several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of German or English, willingness to improve German language skills is mandatory
- Good technical understanding and a high degree of concentration
- Creativity and a high sense of quality
- Physical resilience and accuracy
- Good eyesight and developed color perception
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, teamwork, and self-motivation
- Willingness to work partial shifts (in the peak season)
