Our partner operates in a dynamically developing international technology environment focused on digital financial solutions, where you can work on the continuous development and quality assurance of a complex mobile application. We are looking for a Mobile QA Automation Engineer who is well-versed in the world of mobile testing, enjoys developing automation solutions, and is open to applying new AI-based technologies.

Tasks

  • Design, development, and ongoing maintenance of automated tests for Android and iOS applications.
  • Building test automation solutions using Java and Appium, including the use of Appium MCP Server.
  • Development and application of AI-based testing processes and MCP integrations.
  • Enhancement of existing testing frameworks, optimization of test structures and execution workflows.
  • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Version control using Git, participation in code reviews and pull request evaluations.
  • Improving test execution reliability, reducing flaky test failures.
  • Analysis of test results and execution reports, bug discovery, and root cause identification.
  • Execution of functional, regression, and exploratory manual tests.
  • Interpretation of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring adequate test coverage.
  • Testing mobile applications on real devices, emulators, and various operating system versions.
  • Bug documentation and tracking in JIRA.
  • Collaboration with development, QA, product, and DevOps teams for quick problem resolution.
  • Active participation in agile development processes, from planning to retrospectives.

Requirements

  • You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in test automation or software quality assurance.
  • You have professional experience gained in the banking or financial sector.
  • You are proficient in Java programming.
  • You have significant practical experience with Appium.
  • You are familiar with Appium MCP Server / MCP-based solutions and AI-supported testing processes.
  • You have worked in Android Studio, Xcode, and IntelliJ environments.
  • You are familiar with Maven and/or Gradle build tools.
  • You have experience testing REST APIs, for example using REST Assured.
  • You understand the software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and the specifics of mobile application testing.
  • You have used Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
  • You have worked with test management tools such as Zephyr or TestRail.
  • You have experience using AI- or LLM-based testing workflows.
  • You have confident, active spoken English for daily professional discussions and team communication.
