At our partner company in the food industry, you can get to know various confectionery equipment operator roles in a stable, predictable workplace. We are looking for candidates for packaging machine operator, dough mixer, and line operator positions.
Tasks
- Efficient and proper operation of modern automatic food and packaging equipment
- Monitoring packaging quality: checking heat-seal seams, dates, and air content
- Performing basic setup and operational tasks: checking and calibrating gravity scales, replacing and threading labels and film, adjusting packaging material sealing parameters, setting filler quantity
- Clearing biscuit jams
- Manual packaging: sorting sliced products, blister and cardboard packaging of finished products
- Setting the dough mixing program
- Calling off raw materials based on the recipe
- Operating and keeping clean the machinery and equipment used during production
- Performing measurement operations: precise determination of the quantities of raw materials used and returned
- Continuous monitoring of dough quality and consistency
- Operating production machines, continuously monitoring their safe operation
- Adjusting the thickness of the dough sheet, forming semi-finished products
- Continuously filling out the line operator logbook

Requirements
- Commitment to an 8-hour, 3-shift schedule
- Be flexible and take pride in your work, keep the workspace clean
- Compliance with hygiene rules /use of hair and beard nets, avoidance of fixed cosmetic accessories (false eyelashes, fake nails, etc.)/
- Willingness to work in heat and/or at height for certain roles
- Secondary education (advantage)
- Experience in a production environment (advantage)
- Machine operation experience (advantage)
