We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support our CCR teams across different countries with spare parts identification and technical requests related to commercial refrigeration equipment. Whether you are a fresh technical graduate or an experienced technical support professional, this could be a great opportunity to develop your expertise in an international environment.
Tasks
- Handle technical support tickets submitted by CCR entities across different countries.
- Identify the correct spare parts using 2D technical drawings and product documentation.
- Support technical requests related to refrigeration cabinet refurbishment and rebuilding.
- Help define spare parts kits and assembly groups.
- Cooperate with R&D teams to clarify technical questions and identify suitable replacement parts.
- Contribute to improvements in technical support processes, documentation, and quality.
- Participate in ongoing technical projects and collaborate with international colleagues.

Requirements
- A completed technical education (secondary school, vocational qualification, or university degree) in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technology, OR at least 3 years of relevant technical support experience.
- The ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
- Good written English for communication with international colleagues and handling technical tickets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
