The IT Site Administrator (End User Services) provides reliable, high-quality on-site IT and digital workplace support for both office and manufacturing users. Acting as the local IT point of contact, the role ensures workplace technology is available, secure, and aligned with global IT standards.

Tasks

  • Provide onsite Tier 1-2 support for office and manufacturing computers
  • Troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware issues, including user profile, performance, and connectivity issues
  • Ensure rapid response to production-impacting IT incidents
  • Handle incident and service request fulfillment through the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Support lifecycle management of manufacturing and office endpoints
  • Perform security compliance activities
  • Maintain availability of collaboration tools for users
  • Manage site IT inventory including manufacturing computers, peripherals, spare equipment, and loaner devices
  • Support the DigITal Ecosystem across the site
  • Act as the local IT coordinator for manufacturing and office areas
  • Create and maintain site-specific knowledge articles and SOPs
