IT project manager (medior)

Tasks

• Coordinating the work of the internal project team in close cooperation with the client-side team to achieve project objectives and ensure deadlines are met.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal project team throughout individual implementation projects.
• Organising projects, planning and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder and interdependent project tasks, while supporting and coordinating all participants.
• Handling administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date project progress records, managing project documentation (e.g. project schedules, PAO performance certificates, invoicing), organising meetings, and managing and updating tasks in the task management system.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Focusing primarily on delivering project outcomes to the expected quality standards and within the agreed deadlines, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University or college degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management and ERP system implementation.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong business acumen, a process-oriented mindset, excellent client communication skills, and openness to client feedback.
