Tasks
- Managing a production team of 8–12 people
- Ensuring compliance and enforcement of production standards, processes, occupational health and safety rules, and regulations, intervening when necessary
- Managing daily production activities, creating employee schedules aligned with daily tasks
- Supporting the professional development of team members
- Close cooperation with related departments
- Active participation in production processes and their improvement
- Ensuring information flow between shifts, accurate shift handover
- Mentoring new hires and coordinating their onboarding

Requirements
- At least secondary education in machining
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing, machining environment, in a team leader position
- Quality-conscious mindset
- Metrology knowledge and confident use of measuring tools
- MS Office user proficiency
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule
- Motivating, consistent, and exemplary leadership attitude
- Precise, responsible, and result-oriented work
