SOFAR is looking for a Service Technician for its team in Hungary to provide on-site technical support for clients and installer partners of solar inverters and energy storage systems.
Tasks
- On-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Support for the commissioning of PV and battery systems
- Diagnosis of electrical and technical faults
- Replacement of faulty parts and equipment
- Technical support for installers and clients
- Execution of electrical measurements and system checks
- Documentation of service activities and technical issues
- Regular travel to clients and project sites in Hungary
Requirements
- Electrical, electrotechnical, mechatronic, or similar technical qualification
- Practical experience with electrical systems
- Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or commissioning
- Confident use of electrical measuring instruments
- Independent, practical, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel across Hungary
- Valid category B driver's license
- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Basic to intermediate English language skills for technical communication
