Do you deeply understand the design aspects of radio networks, enjoy finding solutions to complex technical issues, and easily connect with people? You will need all three with us. Indoor coverage in a building, mobile network service for a large event, or a complex base station construction and dismantling all require different solutions. As a radio expert, you help find the right technical direction and coordinate the necessary design work.
Tasks
- You assess and clarify business needs.
- You determine the appropriate radio solution.
- You coordinate the design process.
- You professionally review the designs.
- You represent the professional standpoint of the Mobile Access Tribe.
- If necessary, you also participate in public forums or landlord negotiations.

Requirements
- Higher technical degree (preferably in telecommunications).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in base station design and construction.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Ability to translate business expectations into clear technical requirements.
- System-level thinking, understanding of radio network interdependencies.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Category B driver's license.
