We are looking for a senior professional who is not just a specialist in a single technology, but is able to think in terms of complete network infrastructures and services. This position focuses primarily on corporate network infrastructures.
Tasks
- Professional support and control of operations
- High-level professional support and control of operations for complex corporate network infrastructures
- Professional support for operations teams, providing technical guidance
- Support for analyzing complex or critical incidents, problems, and recurring failures
- Architectural review of existing infrastructures, identifying development and optimization opportunities
- Development and verification of configuration and architectural best practices
- Expert review of major changes, migrations, and technological upgrades
- Identification of technological risks and development of mitigation proposals
- Integrating operational experience into the design of new solutions
- Technical assessment and interpretation of client requirements
- Participation in client workshops and technical alignment meetings
- Preparing High-Level Design (HLD) and, as needed, Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation
- Designing complex network solutions and target architectures
- Developing solution alternatives and presenting their technical advantages, disadvantages, and risks
- Developing the technical content for tenders and RFP/RFQ responses
- Professional support for pre-sales engineers, account managers, and project teams
- Creating and presenting client presentations and technical concepts
- Monitoring vendor and technology roadmaps, evaluating new technologies

Requirements
- Several years of senior/architect-level experience in designing and/or operating complex corporate networks
- Ability to oversee complex infrastructures at an architectural level
- High level of knowledge regarding vendor solutions and technologies
- Ability to independently prepare HLDs and technical concepts
- Client-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical problems in a clear manner to both technical and business audiences
- Independent, structured problem-solving mindset
- Professional working proficiency in English
