We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for our continuously growing manufacturing partner located in Hajdú-Bihar county.
Tasks
- Support and continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
- Identification, analysis, and management of quality issues.
- Coordination and monitoring of root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Investigation, handling, and documentation of customer, internal, and production complaints.
- Monitoring and analysis of quality metrics, and development of improvement proposals.
- Preparation for and support during internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Collaboration with production, engineering, and other related departments.
- Support for compliance with quality requirements and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- At least secondary education.
- Minimum 5 years of quality experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Knowledge and practical application of 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and PFMEA quality tools.
- Experience in root cause analysis, complaint management, and handling corrective actions.
- Confident command of English or German.
- Analytical mindset and systemic approach.
- Independent, proactive work style, good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
