Tasks
- Take full responsibility for overseeing the company's finance, accounting, and controlling operations.
- Lead financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and planning activities.
- Ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.
- Oversee the company's controlling function.
- Enhance cost visibility and financial transparency across manufacturing operations.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning procedures.
- Expand the controlling team in line with business requirements.
- Evaluate the skills and capabilities of the existing finance team to identify development opportunities.
- Build a well-structured, accountable, and independently operating finance organization.
