Head of Department (Public Procurement and Supply Department)

Tasks

• Performs managerial duties for tasks assigned to the organizational unit under the current Organizational and Operational Regulations, the Public Procurement and Supply Regulations, and the Operational Rules of the Department of the Hungarian State Treasury.
• Compilation and updating of the organization's annual consolidated public procurement plan and procurement plan.
• Professional supervision over the professional preparation and execution of procurements subject to or exempt from the Public Procurement Act, including those below the procurement threshold or falling under exemption categories.
• Professional review of public procurement and supply documentation, particularly technical specifications, draft contracts, tender notices, and resulting procedural documents.
• Execution and coordination of operations and data provision within the Electronic Public Procurement System (EKR) and other platforms.
• Managing the approval process by the National Security Committee for certain procedures exempted under the Public Procurement Act and the Defence Procurement Act.
