The goal of this position is to support the T-Systems CCO staff with a clear focus on communication tasks in German and English. The role focuses on the preparation, creation, and ongoing maintenance of internal and external communication materials, as well as supporting management and presentation content.
Tasks
- Supporting the T-Systems CCO staff in communication tasks
- Preparation and editing of communication materials in German and English
- Processing of content and visual elements for internal and external communication documents
- Creation of presentations, slide decks, and management documents in German and English
- Participation in creating management messages, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials
- Maintenance and updating of corporate presentations, intranet pages, and related content
- Creation of new intranet content and blog posts
- Support in creating reporting documents and communication summaries

Requirements
- Current studies in communications or a comparable degree program
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Very good written and spoken English language skills
- Very good language skills as well as a confident and sophisticated writing style in both working languages
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of content and a good sense of visual preparation
- Accurate, proactive, and responsible working style
- Good organizational skills
- Structured thinking
- High attention to detail
- Proficient handling of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Active student status for at least another year
