Our partner is a stable industrial company with an international background working on complex manufacturing and industrialization projects based on high quality and safety standards. To expand our team, we are looking for a Site Welding Coordinator who will become a key figure in the production environment both professionally and in a coordination role.
Tasks
- Development and maintenance of manufacturing and industrialization procedures and working methods
- Professional coordination of welding and related manufacturing processes
- Application of industrialization standards and methodologies (e.g., P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, Task Sequencing)
- Ensuring the accuracy of production documentation, work instructions, and master data
- Use of digital manufacturing systems (PLM, ERP, MES)
- Professional support for First Article production
- Initiating measures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaboration with project and production teams to achieve manufacturing goals

Requirements
- Engineering degree or relevant technical background
- IWE certificate
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment
- Knowledge of welding technologies and manufacturing processes
- Quality and process-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving, systemic approach
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Knowledge of Lean or similar methodologies is an advantage
