We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for our partner in a manufacturing environment! We are looking for a professional with significant experience in HR, labor administration, and general administration, who confidently manages blue-collar workforce processes and is capable of building and developing efficient, well-functioning systems.
Tasks
- Management, development, and optimization of the company's HR, labor, and administrative processes.
- Coordination of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Headcount planning, workforce management, and planning and monitoring of personnel-related costs.
- Operating performance evaluation, training, and succession planning systems.
- Developing programs that support employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Managing labor relations, coordinating disciplinary matters and employment law issues.
- Supervising payroll-related processes, time and attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with labor and occupational safety regulations, regulatory obligations, and permits.
- Liaising with authorities, external service providers, and other relevant organizations.
- Supervising employee welfare services, site administration, and related service providers.
- Professional leadership, development, and performance support for the HR team.
