Randstad Group Procurement has officially moved to a global Center of Excellence (CoE). Operating from our Budapest Global Capability Center (GCC), you will serve as a critical operational bridge following the divestment of a segment of our business to a strategic global buyer.
Tasks
- Translate complex legal TSA schedules into granular, day-to-day operational workflows across cross-border services
- Act as the primary procurement guide for the buyer, steering their global integration teams
- Lead the migration, novation, renegotiation or exit of vendor contracts
- Track pass-through costs, markups, and cross-charges, validate monthly invoices
- Establish and join daily standups and weekly operational reviews
- Draft, review, redline, and process standard procurement contracts, NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Requirements
- Legal right to work in Hungary is mandatory
- 7+ years of Procurement experience: proven track record in corporate procurement, supplier management and commercial contract negotiations within the European market
- M&A/TSA/Project management experience: 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience leading cross-functional teams
