Manufacturing Technology Engineer

Tasks

• Monitoring daily plant processes, supporting the smooth operation of production, and checking compliance with technological regulations.
• Technological supervision and development of metalworking processes – particularly CNC machining, turning, and assembly.
• Continuously monitoring the work of the production team, identifying emerging technical and technological problems, and coordinating their solutions.
• Improving the efficiency, quality, and productivity of manufacturing processes.
• Supporting the design, modification, and development of manufacturing cells, assembly lines, tools, and related equipment.
• Introducing technological and engineering changes, and monitoring their impact.
• Cooperating with production, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Developing and updating manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process descriptions, and FMEA documents.
• Supporting the introduction of new manufacturing projects and technologies, as well as process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering or manufacturing technology.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience at a manufacturing company.
• Practical knowledge of metalworking and manufacturing technology, especially in the areas of CNC machining, turning, and assembly.
• Understanding of shop floor processes, comprehension of technological relationships, and active participation in daily production operations.
• Strong mechanical and technical mindset, effective problem-solving skills.
• Communicative English language skills.
• Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• User-level proficiency in CAD systems, MS Office, and ERP systems.
